No. The twin is a tool to study and access the rabbi's teaching 24/7. Every answer is under the halachic oversight of the living rabbi; for personal and halachic questions always turn to the rabbi directly.
Only from sources the rabbi has sovereignly adopted as his own: his lessons, books, and talks. The twin never invents and always cites its source.
